Hi everyone! I am Dr. Diaz and am proud to be in my 3rd year with the West Creek Coyotes. Being a part of a fantastic school family of educators, students and community in my hometown is a dream come true. I originally hail from Miami, Florida having moved here with my husband in 2014 and absolutely love Tennessee. As an educator I bring to my students, parents and community 20+ years in the educational field having worn many hats from teacher to curriculum director. I hold degrees in Bachelor’s of Public Administration with concentration in Criminal Justice, Master’s in English, Specialist in Reading and a Doctorate in Education Leadership. Although, my best decision was coming back to the classroom in 2014 where my passion of teaching students is felt every day.
