Hi everyone! I am Dr. Diaz and so excited to begin my journey with the West Creek Coyotes. Being a part of a fantastic school family of educators, students and community in my hometown is a dream come true. I originally hail from Miami, Florida having moved here with my husband in 2014 and absolutely love Tennessee. As an educator I bring to my students, parents and community 20+ years in the educational field having worn many hats from teacher to curriculum director. I hold degrees in Bachelor’s of Public Administration with concentration in Criminal Justice, Master’s in English, Specialist in Reading and a Doctorate in Education Leadership. Although, my best decision was coming back to the classroom in 2014 where my passion of everything English and students are felt every day. Please, stop by and visit any time, I am always ready to meet, chat and help in any way I can.
