CMCSS RETURN TO SCHOOL/WORK FLOWCHART

A healthcare providers school note or proof of positive test from a healthcare facility is preferred for a student's absences to be excused/excluded.

Parent/students that choose to use an at home test without a healthcare provider note, will be required to use their parent notes for absences.
