Hi there!
I'm Ms. Lindsey!!! I am the theatre teacher at West Creek High and I am so excited for the school year! I have been doing theatre since the age of 11 and it is one of my biggest passions.
I teach theatre 1-4, Sophomore Capstone and also direct the shows after school. I basically live in the lecture hall or the theatre, so you can always find me there.

I am so looking forward to class and to put on shows with you all. Here's to a great year!!

AUDITION INFO

The Addams Family musical auditions are December 11th AND 12th 2:30-5. You must come to BOTH days. 

For the acting portion, you do not need anything prepared. Auditions for this portion will be the same as our auditions in the past have been: cold readings. 

 

 

For the dancing portion, please learn this dance PRIOR to auditions. If you do not know this dance before auditions, you will not be considered. The links below will show you step by step the dance we are doing, the song at the regular speed, and three of our own students demonstrating it.

For the singing portion, you will need to prep one of the four songs. Please choose a song that shows off your range, but a song you are also comfortable with singing. Keep in mind some characters have specific higher or lower ranges, pick the song accordingly if you are going for a specific role. 

Songs to chose from:  Pulled, Just Around the Corner, What If, and Happy/Sad.

  • Arrive on time. If you arrive even one second late to class, you will be marked tardy.
  • Bring all materials prepared for class, including charged laptops
  • Listen while others are speaking/performing
  • NO CELL PHONES DURING THE LESSON
