My name is Sandra Smith-Williams, and I teach Criminal Justice II and Work-Based Learning at West Creek High School. With over 25 years of experience in social work, criminal justice, and education, I focus on real-world applications and preparing students for careers in the field. Before teaching, I worked as a Youth Service Officer for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court, a Child Protective Investigator for the Department of Children’s Services, and as a Life Coach in the Onsite Employee Health & Wellness department of the Clarksville Montgomery County School System. These roles shape my teaching, emphasizing experiential learning and career preparation. Now in my second year, I’m passionate about helping students gain practical knowledge and connecting them with internships and local organizations. I believe in listening, mentorship, and fostering a classroom where every student feels valued.
