I am the WCHS Desktop Support Tech. The school knows me as “Mrs. Z”. I am a proud Army Veteran who married an Army veteran. We moved to Clarksville in 1995 and created our “Forever Home” with my loving husband of 38 years. I have 2 beautiful girls and 2 beautiful grandchildren. I have been with CMCSS for 29 years. I had many jobs from Cafeteria Monitor, Special Ed. Assistant, to finding my forever career that I love now. WCHS has been my home since 2017, when the first in-school techs were put in place. I hope to retire with the Coyote Family that I have grown to love.

New Students:

  1.  Before receiving a laptop, your parent/guardian will need to fill out the laptop agreement form and accept/decline laptop insurance.
  2. Once this is done, I will start making your laptop.  
  3. I will call you to my office to pickup the laptop.

Submitting a Tech Work Order:  

Your mouse isn't working?  Charger isn't charging?  You lost your laptop or charger?  Submit a Tech Help work order.  It is an app named TECH HELP located on your Classlink Apps.
