Hey y’all! My name is James Sensabaugh and I am excited to be the lead teacher for The Academy of Teaching & Learning. This is my 12th year in education and I have earned a BS in History Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. I previously taught for 6 years in CMCSS. I most recently taught, coached teachers, and served on the school leadership team at a charter school in MNPS. I teach and work in the field of education because I want to empower students, especially those from underrepresented communities. On a personal note, in my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and working out. have two daughters and a puppy: Juliette, Judith, and Jasper.
