Naviance Instructions (Great Tool for College Prep)

We are pleased to introduce Naviance Student – a comprehensive platform that you and your student can use to make plans about colleges (2-year, 4-year, and certificated programs) and careers.

Naviance Student allows you and your student to:

  • Begin working through the planning and advising process –
    • Build a resume, complete online surveys, and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers
  • Research colleges –
    • Compare GPA (high school), standardized test scores, and other statistics to actual historical data from our district for students who have applied and been admitted in the past
  • Research careers –
  • Research hundreds of careers and career clusters and take career assessments
  • Create plans for the future –
    • Create goals and to-dos, and complete tasks assigned by the school to better prepare your student for future college and career goals.

Naviance Student also allows us to share information with you and your student about upcoming meetings and events, local scholarship opportunities, and other resources for college and career information.

Students on Free or Reduced Lunch may qualify for a fee waiver on their application for admissions. Check out the college’s website or see your WCHS Counselor for assistance!

Parking Pass Information

Parking permit request forms can be picked up in the accounting office before and after school and during CCRP on Monday and Friday only.  Parking permits are $20.  Once the form is completed by both parent and student the form needs to be brought back to the accounting office with the $20 payment.  We can accept cash, check, money order and debit/credit cards.  With the debit/credit cards there is a 4% fee and 35 cent transaction fee charged by the credit card company.
