Impact Aid Information

We are in the process of completing the Impact Aid process and would greatly appreciate the support of our families. For those who are unsure of the purpose of impact aid, attached is the link to the video with an overview.

Some emails may have gone to spam filters, were accidentally deleted, or were missed. We have a simple solution for those families who have not completed the process to easily access the information necessary for accessing the survey link and complete the process. The guardian simply goes to the following link: https://impactaid.cmcss.net , click the button which states, “I don’t have a claim code,” and they will be able access their survey.

ACT Retake (Reschedule)

The ACT retake scheduled for Tuesday, October 2nd has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 30th.  On October 30th our seniors will retake the ACT.  The juniors will take an ACT diagnostic assessment through Naviance.  This diagnostic assessment will help our juniors to prepare for their ACT test in March 2019.  Sophomores will take the ASVAB Career Exploration assessment.  The ASVAB is an aptitude test, interest self-assessment and career exploration tool.  The ASVAB empowers students nationwide to discover their strengths and interests then map out post-secondary plans that work.  No information from the ASVAB will be shared with any military recruiters.  Freshman will take the PLAN assessment.  The PLAN is a modified ACT assessment.  It is much shorter in length and provides students with a predicted score so that students are able to assess their progress towards ACT readiness.
